The International Forum on Disability Management (IFDM) started with a vision: to gather representatives of stakeholders in Disability Management (DM) and Return to Work (RTW) from all over the world. IFDM assembles these global perspectives on consensus-based best practices, cutting edge research, and successful Disability Management and Return to Work policies, programs, and practices.

The IFDM World Forum occurs on a biennial basis. In 2026, Well Working Matters will bring the event to the Sheraton Grand in Edinburgh, Scotland, September 22-23, 2026, with Registrations commencing September 21.

Programme Overview & Ticket Options

TICKET OPTIONS

2-Day tickets

Will enable delegates to participate and benefit from the complete conference programme: all key speaker presentations, and access to all breakout and evening networking session on Tuesday evening.

Day Tickets

For delegates wishing to participate and benefit from the choice of two individual dates, where two of the four pillars will be topics covered.  Breakout group session will be available on both days.

Evening Networking session will be an option on Tuesday 22 September only.

Breakout groups

Each day will offer breakout group options that cover topics from across the four pillars.

A Networking Session will be available at an additional price on Tuesday 22 September ONLY.
